About Garnet Baas

Garnet Baas has been a licensed real estate professional for over 30 years and brings a high level of knowledge and experience to the Team. Garnet’s success is attributed to consistently providing sellers and buyers with sufficient in depth information necessary to make informed decisions in real estate sales.

Garnet has a long history in Real Estate. As a REALTOR and General Contractor, Garnet and her husband Ralph, owned a real estate development business for 20 years that specialized in real estate, design and construction totaling over 1,500,000 square feet of new construction and over 1,000,000 square feet of improvements. During those years, she interfaced with investors, owners, financial institutions, contractors and local government agencies.

Garnet’s passion is traveling and believes it is an education in itself. Together with her husband, she has traveled through 58 countries and islands, by car, cruise ships and private sailing yachts, making lifelong friends all over the world. She also enjoys reading, playing tennis, snow and water skiing, house boating on Lake Powell and music from all genres (from Amadeous to ZZ Top!).

Garnet believes that listening, communicating and respecting her clients are her priorities in establishing a relationship of trust and ultimately maintaining long lasting relationships with her clients. As a strong negotiator, Garnet works together with her contemporaries and guides and protects her clientele’s interest in their most important and exciting real estate endeavor.
